Email daggerdevelop@gmail.com. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, CampKeep version, and a short description of what happened. Please do not send passwords, Apple Account credentials, precise campsite coordinates, or payment information.
CampKeep Lifetime
Your first three trips include the complete CampKeep experience. CampKeep Lifetime is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks unlimited new trips. It is not a subscription, and existing trips remain available without purchasing.
Restore a purchase
Use Restore Purchases from the CampKeep Lifetime screen or Settings. Restore while signed into the same Apple Account used for the original purchase. Apple handles payment processing; Dagger Development cannot view or change your Apple Account billing details.
Location and photos
Location access is optional and is used only when you choose to capture your current campsite. You can also save a trip without a location. Photo and camera access is used only when you choose or take trip photos. Permissions can be changed in iOS Settings.
Backup and restore
Use Settings → Data & Backup to create a readable CampKeep PDF backup. Keep that file somewhere you control. Restoring a compatible CampKeep backup adds its trips to your journal; review the import summary before confirming.

Read the CampKeep Privacy Policy for details about on-device journal data, optional permissions, exports, and purchase validation.
