For support with Pocket Lab, email daggerdevelop@gmail.com. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened. Please do not send passwords, Apple Account credentials, or payment information.
Purchases and restores
The Gloomwood Garden unlock is a one-time non-consumable purchase—there is no subscription. If you previously purchased it using the same Apple Account, open the in-app unlock screen and tap Restore Purchases. Apple handles all payment processing.
Gameplay progress
Discovery and request progress is stored locally on your device. Removing the app can remove local progress. Pocket Lab does not currently provide an account or cross-device cloud save.
